As a marriage and family therapist, I strive to offer you a genuine, empathetic presence and safe space to help you navigate your way towards healing and growth. I see the ways that life stressors, stuck patterns, uncertainty, trauma, and grief impact day to day life.

I am dedicated to respecting your lived experience, autonomy, and goals for your future.

My clinical areas of expertise include identity development, life cycle transitions, infidelity, men’s mental health, parent-child relationships, and adolescence. I have extensive experience providing services to individuals, couples, and families within education, in-patient substance treatment, residential foster care, and jail-based settings. I completed my master’s degree in marriage and family therapy at Mount Mercy University and am currently pursuing a PhD in Couple and Family Therapy with the University of Iowa. My academic interests include intimacy, identity security, transracial foster-care placement during adolescence, and adult attachment.
