About Me

​I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and I provide individual therapy for ages 10 and up. I have served the community through mobile crisis outreach and inpatient psychiatry. I am trained in Transforming Touch®, Transforming Intentional Touch and EMDR.

Whether you struggle with people pleasing, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, dissociation, addiction, or others, it is my hope to guide you towards gratitude for these adaptions that have kept you safe and brought you to this point in time. I am here to listen and to be a witness to your story and healing of unremembered and remembered wounds. Everything about you is welcome here.

I specialize in Developmental Trauma, which is trauma that has happened in utero, during birth or during childhood. I use a somatic-based approach to therapy which is a way to access unhealed memories that we may not have explicit memories for but are kept and remembered in the body. As those memories are accessed, they are healed through relationship, connection, and attunement. This time, you don’t have to do it alone. As healing progresses, the adaptions that you relied on to keep you safe are needed less and are replaced with a sense of calm. New experiences, possibilities and opportunities begin to present themselves in life. Life becomes more enjoyable, maybe even for the first time. Living a life of protection is gradually replaced by an openness to fulfillment and relationships. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk beside you on your journey.
