I love working with families and couples, and as a biracial therapist, especially with biracial, mixed, and blended families. As a former teacher, I work with students and educators to navigate the challenges of academic stress. I also enjoy helping individuals address anxiety, anger, and depression as well as spiritual and sexual concerns.

Prior to becoming a therapist I worked as a foreign language educator for 15 years. In my free time I can be found reading science fiction and fantasy, playing Dungeons and Dragons, practicing kung fu, playing chess, and generally in search of adventure.
