My goal in therapy is to create that space through acceptance, connection, and compassion. Through a collaborative process I hope to help individuals find their voice, create balance through mindfulness, and work towards their goals. I understand that working towards change can be overwhelming and that embracing openness can allow for new experiences in life. I am willing to be there with you to find peace within and be present the way you want to in life, through creating new meaning.
