About Me

It's my firm belief that anyone can utilize therapy to better their lives by understanding themselves more. We're all human, we all have complexities and nuances, and we can all improve our place in the world. Our futures are up to us and having a deeper understanding of who we are, where we came from, and who we want to be can only make life better. As a past teacher and coach, I've witnessed how all of us are looking for connection, guidance, and understanding from the world we live in. My practice as a marriage and family therapist is to honor your experiences, make space to heal, and walk those pathways to healing with everyone I work with.

I've joined the unique and wonderful world of marriage and family therapy because I was raised to be a person of service to others. My approach is to be a genuine and authentic witness to what each client has experienced, without judgment, to encourage change and healing.

As an experiential therapist, my goal is to help my clients improve their understanding of themselves to then improve other aspects of their lives. It's my purpose in life to allow clients to heal, change, and make deeper connections in their lives. I believe change is always possible on our journey in life and that is my hope working with clients.
