About Me

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that the therapeutic experience should be  safe, connected, warm, and creative. Whether I am working with couples, families, or individuals, I believe that growth and change occur when we are connected with our authentic selves. My goal is to support you in strengthening your relationship with yourself and with your loved ones. The past few years have been difficult for many of us. Therapy can help us to adjust to constant changes in our lives and ease the burden of isolation that many of us feel.

My approach to therapy incorporates a supportive environment, humor, and an honest exploration of your inner life. If you are new to therapy, this process can seem daunting. I hope to ease your concerns by meeting you where you are, offering unconditional support, and challenging you to grow at your own pace.

I hold a masters degree in Marriage and Family therapy from Mount Mercy University. My areas of professional interest include couple therapy, pregnancy and infertility, sex and sexuality, chronic illness, institutional or religious trauma, and neurodiversity. I am committed to offering therapy that is affirming and welcoming to everyone.
