I can help you cultivate a greater sense of meaning and authenticity while building stronger and more connected relationships. 

 

For TEEN BOYS (ages 14+)—I specialize in working with teen boys who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, low motivation, athletic challenges, or difficult emotions. In therapy, I create a non-judgmental space where young men can drop the routine and be real. Through conversation, practical tools, and humor, I help them find healthier ways to cope with challenges, express themselves, and build confidence in who they are.

 

For COUPLES—I specialize in working with couples who are tired of feeling stuck. Whether the issue is distance, conflict, or a painful silence that has settled in, I provide a space where both partners can finally feel heard. Together, we’ll slow things down and unpack the patterns that keep you in the same cycle, so you can begin practicing new ways of relating that open the door to authentic connection. 

 

My approach combines practical strategies with honest conversations while collaborating with clients on therapy goals. Together, we’ll work on building resilience, improving emotional clarity, and defining success in a way that’s holistic and satisfying.
