I work with teens, young adults, adults, and seniors. Individuals, couples, and families. I’m often a good fit for those hoping to experience real transformation. My approach combines thoughtful exploration with practical strategies which means we might discuss anything from the origins of anxious thought patterns and socially constructed gender roles to healthy sleep habits and how to answer that confusing text message. At the root of all this is the invitation to explore worlds of possibilities leading to greater emotional clarity and confidence.

For couples who are tired of feeling stuck in the same conflicts, or who can’t overcome something that has happened, I provide a space where both partners feel heard and can collaborate in creating something new. And something new is possible. I’ve seen it.
