I work with teens, young adults, adults, and seniors. Individuals, couples, and families. I always have snacks available for clients because effective therapy is impossible if you’re hungry. My approach combines honest exploration with practical strategies which means we might discuss anything from the origins of anxious thought patterns and socially constructed gender norms to healthy sleep habits and how to answer that confusing text message.

 

For couples who are tired of feeling stuck in the same conflicts, or who can’t overcome what happened, I provide a space where both partners feel heard and can collaborate in creating something new. And something new is possible. I’ve seen it.
