Many of the people I work with are used to being the rock for everyone else. Capable, responsible, and composed on the outside while carrying a great deal internally. By the time they reach out, they’re often exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. My role is to offer a warm, trauma-informed space where you don’t have to hold everything alone or pretend you’re fine.

I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and my clinical background includes supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, identity development, life transitions, mood disorders, and the long-term impact of being “the strong one” for too long. I am a neurodivergent practitioner and am especially passionate about working with neurodivergent clients, those healing from trauma, and anyone navigating the tension between who they are and who the world expects them to be. I strive to create an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent clients, and anyone who has felt unseen or misunderstood.

I approach therapy collaboratively and at your pace. Together, we explore the experiences and beliefs that shape how you move through the world, build emotional regulation skills, and develop healthier boundaries and patterns. I draw from evidence-based-approaches, including ACT, IFS-informed work, somatic modalities and strategies, and attachment-based frameworks, while keeping the work grounded in genuine human connection and compassion.
