men's therapy group

This group is a great fit for men who are looking for support with their mental health or in their relationships.  It is a place for men to learn from each other, get support for personal struggles and difficulties in relationships, and increase their emotional awareness and intelligence. It is also a great supplement to individual or couple's therapy work.

The group is facilitated by Dr. Anthony Mielke, who has 15 years' experience working with men in a variety of clinical setting, and David Germann, who brings his education, experience, and passion for men's wellness to his work as a therapist.
