I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker and therapist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. As a neurodivergent clinician, I blend professional training with lived experience to offer therapy that’s flexible, direct, and nonjudgmental—especially for people carrying more than others may see.

I work with individual adults (18+) navigating issues like autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar and other mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, grief, and psychosis. I also support clients exploring identity, relationship issues, body image, self-esteem, coping skills, and major life transitions.

My practice centers neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and transgender clients; people practicing non-monogamy or diverse relationship structures; and individuals from varied cultural, academic, and professional backgrounds. I provide affirming, sex-positive, kink-allied care.

 

I offer in-person therapy in Iowa City and telehealth statewide. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, drawing from ACT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Feminist Therapy, systems theory, and trauma-informed care to help clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
